Xiaomi launches the MI Note : Specifications, Details and Review

Xiaomi today launched it's long awaited MI Note at Beijing. The event saw it's new phone being compared to Apple's I Phone 6.

Xiaomi has always been known for it's extreme phones in the phone market. But Xiaomi's latest handset i.e., MI Note, can be termed far more better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and I Phone 6 plus. Here is all you need to know about the beast:-



Display:- 

• 5.7" > Slightly larger than I Phone 6 plus which is 5.5"
•  Full HD Display with 386 ppi     
• Xiaomi claims to have improved the colour reproduction from MI 4
• The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3

Camera:-

• 13.0 Mega Pixel main camera
• 4.0 Mega Pixel front camera
• But Xioami says that their MI Note's camera doesn't protrude out like I Phone 6's 

Build:-

• 2.5D curved glass front panel and 3D curved alass rear panel
• Dimension : 155.1 x 77.6 x 6.95mm
• Weight : 161g

Features:-

• 3000 mAh battery
• Dual 4gb sim slots
• SnapDragon 801 processor along with 3gb RAM
• Will be available in models of 16gb and 64 gb storage options and no slot for additional memory ard or any other expandable memory

The official price is set at 2299 RMB or Rs 22900 and the 64 gb version will be priced slightly higher at 2799 RMB or Rs 27,900 and the latter model i.e., the Xiaomi MI Note 64 gb model is expected to launch later this year. 

There's also a pro version of the handset named MI Note Pro which runs with the same SnapDragon processor along with a 4gb RAM and 64GB internal storage and at a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels which is quite higher than my Monitor Resolution. -_- . The Xiaomi MI Note Pro will be priced at 3299 RMB or Rs 32900. At the event Xiaomi also announced a set up box named NI Box mini and this is expected to soon replace our old dishes.
