Rise of the Tomb Raider on Intel Dual Core 4 GB RAM (Low End PC)
PC Specifications:-
Processor:- Intel Dual Core E5300 2.6 Ghz
RAM:- 4 GB RAM
Graphic Card:- AMD HD 6670 1GB
My PC doesn't even meet the minimum requirements, but it still is able to run the game pretty smoothly on low setting. I'm glad the game developers (Crystal Dynamics) did a pretty decent job in optimizing this game, unlike Ubisoft who always mess up with Assassin's Creed games.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is an action-adventure video game developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix. It is the sequel to the 2013 video game Tomb Raider, a reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise. It was released for Xbox One and Xbox 360 in November 2015 and for Microsoft Windows in January 2016. It is set to release for the PlayStation 4 worldwide in October 2016.
I have the same PC specs and I tried to do anything but my gameplay in ROTR is awful,I don't know what trick you used????!!!!!
